PRIVATE CLASSES

At Qassim Health & Fitness we understand your time is valuable and your goals are our priority. We come to train you at your home, office or outdoors. 

Private classes are one-to-one, personalised classes that accelerate your learning. It has been proven that people learn faster and better with private classes. People of all ages, body types, and levels of fitness can benefit from private classes which are designed around your specific needs and wants. Let us take the guessing out of your precious time and help you achieve specific results. A single private lesson is nearly equal to a weeks worth of regular class training if not more. 

Regular training regardless of your goals requires hundreds of hours of travel time per year which is one of the main reasons people lose focus and motivation especially with a busy lifestyle whether you have business or family commitments. Our objective is to save you time and get you results efficiently so you don't have to fall behind.

We also understand that you value your privacy during your training and do not necessarily want an audience watching you. We are located in Melbourne and will come to you.

OUR ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES INCLUDE:

  1. Initial Consultation - An in depth look at your past and current training, nutrition, physiology, lifestyle and progress. This will help to create the best plan moving forward.                                                       

  2. Personal Training - Train with me at least once per week so you can 10X your results.                                                                                        

  3. Nutrition Guidance & Education - Weekly nutrition guidance to teach you how to get results while being flexible with your lifestyle and what you eat.                                                                                       

  4. Training Program - Your training program will be updated every 4-6 weeks based on your progress and goals. We will provide you with a detailed description of each program and you’ll have video descriptions of each exercise so you can execute them safely and effectively.                                                                                                     

  5. Supplement Protocol - A personalised supplement protocol built to optimise your health and results.                                                              

  6. Updates & Progress - We update your plan periodically based off your check ins and progress utilising photos, scale, circumference, progress in the gym and other body data to track your results and update your plan.                                                                                       

  7. Complete Support & Accountability - Receive close support from us via regular check ins and adjustments so you can continue to progress.
